Irene is a Certified BodyTalk Practitioner and a Reiki Practitioner working in the San Diego area.  She began investigating BodyTalk and other energy practices after resolving her own severe allergies virtually immediately, even eliminating any sensitivity to the allergens.

This led to her recognition of the body as an energy system and opened an expanded view of what can be achieved in personal health as well as personal and professional growth, and began an incredible journey  of transformation, self discovery and fun around exploring an entirely new direction.

Irene’s professional background spans 25 years including positions in multi-national Operations, R&D and General Management in high tech industries.

Fascinated by the possibilities of working with the innate ability of the body to heal itself, Irene began to study the BodyTalk system of holistic health. She is continually amazed at how quickly issues are resolved when the focus is on the body’s priority for healing and growth.

Thank you for the wonderful distance session on Tuesday. When I arrived at my meeting I was feeling very nervous and anxious. My heart was pounding and I was beginning to get a headache. While sitting there I administered cortices to myself, which you had suggested but, I really began to feel a calm come over after the distance session.
