As a Certified Holistic Health and Lifestyle Coach, Fitness Trainer, Emotional Freedom Techniques Practitioner, Reiki Master and Certified BodyTalk Practitioner, I bring an unique approach to healthcare to my clients. I understand that not only is it necessary to focus on the physical body to promote health, but the emotional and spiritual aspects of each individual must be addressed for true health to be attained.
I am an ongoing student of the healing arts and am passionate in continuing my education in all areas that affect the health and well being of my clients. It excited me when I came across a new healthcare system called BodyTalk. I knew immediately that I needed it in my healing toolbox. Learning the enormous scope and effectiveness of BodyTalk has only intensified my original excitement.
